Information we collect
We only collect information you give us or that is needed to run this website:
- Enquiries. When you use our contact form or email us: your name, email address, company name, the service you are interested in, and anything you include in your message.
- Clients and suppliers. When we work together: business contact details, correspondence, and the information needed to deliver services and handle invoicing.
- Job applicants. When you apply for a role: your CV, contact details, work history, qualifications, and any other information you choose to share with us during the recruitment process.
- Technical information. When you visit the site: your IP address, browser type and the pages you view, recorded in standard server logs by our hosting provider for security and to keep the site running.
We do not knowingly collect special category data (such as health information) unless you choose to share it, for example to request adjustments during recruitment.
How we use your information and our lawful basis
Under UK GDPR we must have a lawful basis for each use of your information:

We will not use your information for marketing unless you have asked to hear from us, and you can opt out at any time. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Who we share your information with
We only share your information where necessary, with organisations that act on our instructions and are required to keep it secure:

- IT, software and applicant tracking system providers we use to run our business and recruitment
- our accountants and professional advisers
- regulators, law enforcement or other authorities where the law requires it
International transfers
Some of our service providers may store or process information outside the UK. Where this happens, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum approved by the Information Commissioner.
How long we keep your information
- Enquiries that do not lead to work: up to 24 months after our last contact.
- Client and supplier records: six years after the end of the relationship, to meet tax and legal requirements.
- Unsuccessful job applications: up to 12 months after the role is filled, unless you agree to us keeping your details for future roles.
After these periods, we securely delete or anonymise the information.
Cookies and third-party content
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. WordPress may set essential cookies if you log in to the site. Our contact page shows an embedded Google Map, which is provided by Google and may set its own cookies and collect your IP address when the map loads. Google handles this information under its own privacy policy.
If we add analytics or other non-essential cookies in future, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete

Complaints
